Orders are processed and shipped according to the type of product purchased. Some items are produced and fulfilled by third-party production partners, while others may be packed and shipped directly by Stephen Tompkins Studios.
Processing and Delivery Times
Most orders are processed within several business days before shipment. Made-to-order or specialty items may require additional production time.
For orders shipped within the United States, please allow approximately 1–3 weeks for production and delivery, depending on the product and destination.
For international orders, please allow approximately 2–6 weeks for production, customs processing, and delivery. International delivery times can vary considerably by destination.
These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided by email after your order has shipped.
Some orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages if the items are produced or fulfilled from different locations.
International Orders, Customs, and Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or similar charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.
